The symbol should be place beneath the creative panel (note that using the symbol does not decrease the height of the creative panel) on brochure covers. Since brochure covers require a 12mm logo, the correct height of the symbol, using the formula provided, is .75 x 12mm = 9mm. It should align with the left edge of the creative panel, and be placed 4.5mm (1/2 of 9mm to maintain its protective field) below the bottom of the creative panel. This is the only permitted position on brochure covers; repeat use of the symbol on brochure back covers is not permitted.
The symbol may be used on brochure interior pages once per page only (it is not intended to be a certification mark repeated over and over again), provided the protected field is maintained.
