The ABB Group compliance office implements several processes and tools as identified below, in order to support the compliance network worldwide and ensure consistency in our procedures and processes.
Code of Conduct (pdf, 0,09 MB) describes the guiding principles that govern our relationships with business partners, customers, the financial markets, and the communities and the countries in which we do business, as well as the standard expected of each ABB employee.
Intermediary process describes the procedures that apply when appointing intermediaries and third party local agents. An electronic database supports the process and facilitates the approval procedures.
Business Ethics Hotline allows anyone who works for ABB to officially report suspected non compliance matters. A stakeholder hotline is also available to our external business partners as a means to report noncompliance.
Group Directives are policies and procedures which are implemented on a global basis, providing guidance and instruction to local ABB countries in order to ensure consistency in our work and processes worldwide.
