Meet an Assistant Controller

		Hi! My name is Guido Mussehl. I’m an Assistant Controller in the Power Technology Products Division. I’m German and I’m 36 years old. I have a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Giessen, Germany.
		What I like most about my job is that it is demanding and challenging. My boss at ABB gives and asks for flexibility every day, so every day turns out to be a learning day.
		Since I took up my new position as Assistant Controller I work with strategic planning. This is important for ABB because it will be the basis to decide in which businesses ABB will be working in the next 3 to 4 years, and I believe I can be a valuable part of that.
		What I like most about ABB is that I have the opportunity to meet people from all over the world and I have the possibility to work in different cities, countries, and positions all over the globe. That allows me to have an interesting job, my kids to grow up in an international environment, and me and my whole family to have a great life.
		ABB for me is a huge, very diversified but fast moving organization with a lot of interesting, ambitious and great people, which allows you to have an exciting time for your whole working life.
