He has really enjoyed the variety of work and thrives within a dynamic company. In ABB, he believes that you can expect to experience a wide-range of challenging work.
“I began my career with ABB as a graduate in September 2007. The ABB graduate scheme has been very helpful. It is well structured, organised and professional. With the graduate pathways programme, I have had the opportunity to get to know the various divisions and mix with other graduates and senior company managers.
I believe that working within a team of very experienced people enables me to develop not only my technical knowledge but also soft skills such as time and cost management, customer communication and proposal drafting. I truly feel that I have broadened and deepened my knowledge while working on these real life projects.
I am currently working towards chartered status with the support of a mentor within ABB.”
