A. If "yes", then read on about our global trainee program for finance & business control.
Q. What kind of training does the program offer?
A. Backed up with decades of experience in trainee programs from parts of the ABB company, we have launched the first Global Trainee Program in 2001, in order to allow business graduates to apply from any country in the world. The program provides meaningful on-the-job-training in combination with a number of seminars.
Q. Can I get experience working abroad through this program?
A. Yes. We offer you a 18-24 months program divided into three periods at different locations of ABB. You will spend six months in your home country and then six months at our Headquarters in Switzerland. The final assignment will be defined during the program according to individual preferences and business requirements.
Q. Do you have a job rotation system in the program?
A. Yes. Job rotation within and between the different business areas gives you the opportunity to build up expertise and a network of contacts. If you would like to read more about the program,
