In late May, green.ch will open its newest data center operating on energy efficient DC power in Switzerland, based on ABB’s advanced power distribution system and HP’s Converged Infrastructure. DC has multiple advantages that together can save up to 10 percent of energy and 30 percent of the total cost of a data center.
