EU: First Report of the High Level Group on Competitiveness, Energy and the Environment

Today, more than ever before, the European Union is faced with a series of structural changes and related policy challenges. These challenges require an integrated policy linked to competitiveness, energy and the environment. By bringing together policy makers and stakeholders with expertise in these three areas, the High Level Group on competitiveness, energy and the environment is working towards providing such advice. This first report of the High Level Group focuses on a number of particularly urgent challenges.
