‘Café HR’ is a café with a difference. It is the ‘employee self service’ portal. Café HR is the acronym ‘Complete Access for Employees’ which is enabled through the medium of e-HR.

All HR transactions are automated and workflow enabled resulting in a ‘paperless’ working environment. This site is authenticated for the exclusive use of employees of ABB, India who are out of office on work / fun and wish to use the Café for information / transactions relating to themselves.
