We have invested in modern gas-handling equipment and trained our personnel in the proper procedures of reclaiming and recycling SF6 gas. The SF6 in HV and MV switchgear is normally processed on-site. MV circuit-breakers and switches, which have very low gas content, can be sent to a service centre for processing. At the end of the life of power equipment, it is reclaimed and the other materials are scrapped with strict respect for the environment.
