Background	In the event of the expansion and upgrade of the existing plant Line #1 the Power supply was changed form existing Diesel Power Station to the public network via a new HV/MV Switchgear 60 Hz and Static Frequency Converter 50 Hz . At the same time the control system was changed to Industrial IT
