Background	BBC / ABB has delivered in 1985 the total electrical and automation system. The plant is since then in operation. As the old procontic DP 800 control system was obsolete, the complete system had to be replaced. ABB won the contract to exchange it with the new Industrial IT 800M system within the next two years.

Scope of Supply	Complete control system with 10 Operator stations, 12 controllers 800M and 11’000 I/O’s 800S as well as the integration of existing systems from ABB and other suppliers. Included in the scope is also the new large screen operator desk and video system.
Award of Contract	2006
Start of Operation	January 2007 till January 2008, according to customer's scheldule.
