2008-07-02 - ABB by Robotic division participated in Assembly Technology 2008, Thailand largest international exhibition on machinery and technlogy for automotive and electronics parts manufacturing, which was held at BITEC on 19-22 June 2008. ABB is one out of 800 exhibitors from over 20 countries who participated in this exhibition.
On the ABB stand 4 robots were demonstrating the following:
- IRB 360, the fastest, most accurate picking robot
- IRB 1410, fast and reliable work cycles that boost productivity
- IRB 1600ID, well-proven in arc welding and delivers plenty of performance for the money,ensuring short payback time
- IRB140 Force Control, giving customers the chance to guide the robot with our lead, through a programming demonstration
We also had 3 robots on Partner stands;
- IRB 52 , painting application at ThaiPollutech stand
- IRB 1410, arc welding application at Singsanguan stand
- IRB 1410, picking and packing application at Conair stand
The exhibition was very successful with new enquires. The exhibition made it possible to enlighten a large number of our customers and potential new customers.
