These products are DIN-Rail mounted, single phase monitoring relays. This range includes current and voltage monitoring relays for over and under current protection, over and under voltage protection and phase loss monitoring. One of the key competitive advantage of these products is the True RMS measuring circuitry. This allows the units to accurately measure distorted as well as symmetric wave forms. Many competitive products only use less accurate average or peak measurement designs. Some of these new designs replace existing CM monitoring relays in a smaller 22.5 mm width and most have new features added.

• Directly monitor current ranges from 3mA to 15 A (AC or DC) These are the only ABB products that also monitor DC currents.
• Indirectly monitor currents above 15 amps through the use of CT's or shunt resistors.

• Their universal monitoring design reduces the inventory required for equipment that uses mixed voltage ranges and types.
