ABB releases A to Z of ATEX for instrumentation users

ABB’s new ‘ATEX Jargon Buster’ provides instrumentation users with a definitive guide to the ATEX Directive, which came into effect on 1st July 2003.

Providing a comprehensive A to Z of all ATEX related terms, from Approval to Zoning and everything in between, the ATEX Jargon Buster gives a single point of access to information about understanding and meeting the requirements of the Directive.

The Jargon Buster uses both an easily searchable index and hyperlinks, making it possible to quickly find any definition in the guide links within each article also lead to further definitions to give more information on related topics. Web links are also included to sites offering further information on ATEX related issues, such as the DTI ATEX pages.

The free ATEX Jargon Buster guide is available only as a PDF file a copy can be obtained by sending an email to enquiries@abbiap.com, together with your name, company and postcode details.
