Enrique discusses his observations on the power industry's efforts to work with government officials to adapt workable standards and interoperability agreements for the emerging Smart Grid, based on his involvement as a member of the U.S. Department of Energy's Electricity Advisory Committee and as a member of NEMA's Board of Governors.
