ALUMINIUM CHINA 2005, part of the world’s renowned ALUMINIUM brand of events, is one of the most anticipated industry event scheduled in China this year. The event was held May 18 – 20 in the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC).
The 11,000 sqm event housed around 200 exhibiting companies from 20 countries and regions worldwide including China, Germany, USA, UK, Australia, Italy, France, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Taiwan, Switzerland, Japan, Canada, Spain and Russia. Many influential Chinese corporations were also making their presence for the first time at a professional industry event of this kind. Nanshan, Conglin, Xingfa, Haomei, Kamkiu to mention some. Key global exhibitors like ALCOA, SMS, VAI, SUAL, Wagstaff and DUBAL were also present.
Aluminium China is the most important and comprehensive aluminium industry event in China. At this definitive international platform, professional visitors from home and abroad met with suppliers of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, surface treatment and producers of machinery, plant and equipment for aluminium processing and manufacturing, light-metals trade and service providers.
ABB Force Measurement exhibited in a common booth together with ABB Electromagnetic Stirrers and ABB Power Electronics. A smaller booth, but well visible in the hall and hundreds of visitors showed interest in what ABB could offer.
