2009-08-20 - Viewing the skilled workmen development is fundamental for the national and economic development, therefore, ABB Thailand, Automation Products Division, supported and participated in “Thai Skill development project in honor of the Father of Skilled Workmen” by presenting “The Electrical Protection System in Factory” to skilled workmen at Bangkok Metropolitan Skill Development Center (Wat Thard Thong) on July 27 and 29, 2009 respectively.
On the occasion of His Majesty the King Phumibol was honored with the title of “Father of Skilled Workmen”, Thai Electrical & Mechanical Contractors Association (TEMCA) and Bangkok Metropolitan Skill Development Center (Wat Thard Thong), Department of Skill Development, Ministry of Labor, jointly organized the training courses for electricians during July 1 – August 3, 2009. ABB joined its initiative to the educational development by listing “the Electrical Protection System in Factory” in its training courses. Thanks to Mr. Nititorn L. and Mr. Neknalin K., sales engineers who were there to make this course more beneficial for the electricians.
After the completion on the training courses, an award certificate was presented to ABB by Mr. Paitoon Kaewthong, Labour Minister.
