2009-06-24: ABB signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Hyflux, a leading environmental solutions company, for a joint technology collaboration on June 23.
The MOU signifies ABB's and Hyflux’s desire to enhance collaboration and mutual benefits by using ABB’s latest energy efficient technology and solutions in the areas of Reverse Osmosis membrane optimizing and monitoring system, as well as pump efficiency performance management.
The MOU was signed by James Foo (third from right), ABB Singapore President and Country Manager, and Sam Ong (third from left), Hyflux's Group Deputy CEO and CFO.
The signing of the MOU was witnessed by Kenneth Stoddard (right), Vice President, Head of ABB Power Generation, South Asia Region, Power Systems Division. and Olivia Lum (left), Hyflux's Group CEO.
The panelists addressed questions from the media during the Q&A session.
