2009-07-03 - By acceptance of ABB Purchase Order, Vendor accepts that, where there is no other written agreement between Vendor and ABB, other terms and conditions not stipulated in the Purchase Order are subject to the General Conditions of Purchase (“GCP”) of ABB as follow:
1. Orders up to and including 1,000,000 Baht (excluding VAT) are subject to GCP THABB 128.01
