A full range of components developed by Cellier Activity to meet the specific product transfer requirements for the lubricants, paint, specialty chemicals and paper industries for more than 20 years!
Pigged lines and multidirectional valves
Pigging is the complementary technology for batch and semi-continuous processes.
It is implemented at every process step, for the transfer of raw materials (unloading of tank trucks), semi-finished products (transfer from tank to tank) and finished products (transfer to filling lines).
Piggable header
The piggable header meets the challenge of connecting multiple dedicated lines to a pigged line. By coupling it to a mass flow meter, the header becomes a high-accuracy dosing station to minimise waste production and the consumption of rinsing product.

Compact manifolds
Result of 10 years of innovation in terms of pigging, the ABB compact manifold integrate the H valve to offer a maximum of advantages with a minimum of constraints. Among many advantages, this closed system enables the connection of lines of different diameters, multiple operations within same line and a total security for operators (closed system).

Features:
- Valves designed without retention area to minimise contamination
- Programmable cleaning cycles according to product compatibility
- Manifolds (matrix assembly for multiple inlets and outlets)
- Interconnection of lines with different diameters: cross and H valves
- Bidirectional pigging with 1 or 2 pigs
- Controlled propelling of pigs and line depressurizing
- Patented components in compliance with ATEX and EC standards
- Pipes from DN25 to DN150 (1” to 6”)
Benefits:
- Real process tool: product change and metering without cross-contamination,
- Maximum flexibility for just-in-time operations,
- Increased availability of pipe lines,
- Total material recovery,
- Modularity of production units and reduction of space requirement,
- Safe and automated transfer operations,
- Reduced maintenance.
