When high speed is essential, ABB Destackers are the solution. These are the advanced, integrated components of the Doppin and Robot systems for automated production on press lines. ABB Destackers are excellent instruments for separating flat blanks and feeding them into the lead press in the line.

As an option, all can be fitted with special separation equipment for handling aluminium or other non-magnetic blanks. Another feature which can be added is a vision system to ensure stack orientation on the loading pallet.
