The FlexiCell is a packaged spot welding cell which afford a unique method to cost effectively accomplish sub-assembly welding which is required on side, cross members, pillar reinforcements, dash panels, wheel housings and back panels.
Built from standardized components, the FlexiCell can be used independently or in combination with other cells to equip assembly lines and preparation islands. Its capacity can reach 4,000 welds per hour. Batch production is possible due to quick tool changes.
