Storage Management is an integrated part of the overall supply chain solution. All user interactions are activated via dialogs which are supported via graphics. The main aspect is a close-to-reality appearance graphics visualization of the storage area and individual slab/bloom/billet/coil data. The appearance (color, size) of the item may be encoded according to specific parameters, for example, material code, steel grade, customer code etc.
