Automated workflow for platemaking
MPS PlateWorkflow from ABB is a unique production management system for the entire plate production process – from page input to physical plate position in the press. MPS PlateWorkflow is the result of collaboration between ABB and ProImage Ltd. to provide newspaper printers with a uniquely comprehensive digital workflow solution. It combines the advantages of ProImage’s Newsway and ABB’s MPS systems, and provides consistent integration of page planning, ripping, platemaking, and presetting the printing press.
