For help with issues while using your software product the first stop should always be the User Forum. There you can see if your issue has already been answered, and if not ask for help from other users and experts.
If you would like to report product defects, suggestions for improvement or just share your ideas for new features we gratefully accept these on the User Forum section Product Feedback. Note, if it is vital for your work to follow the progress of a reported product defect you need to escalate the issue via your local ABB contact instead.
If you have an issue which isn’t covered by the User Forum you can always report it to your local ABB contact. Your case will be logged and dispatched to a support technician.
