Easy to use maintenance tool for capacitance measurements
The capacitance bridge type CB 10 is a modified Schering bridge, specially developed for measurement of capacitances without making any disconnections within the capacitor bank. The current through the capacitance to be measured is coupled inductively to the bridge via a high performance clip-on transformer.
The test voltage (20–24 V), which is obtained from the mains (100–120, 200–240V, 50–60 Hz) via an overload-protected potential transformer, is connected both to the capacitor group and the bridge circuit.
The potential transformer can carry a total load of about 2 000 µF.
The capacitance bridge CB10 is delivered calibrated, complete with clip-on transformer, voltage supply cable, potential leads and a Plywood case.
