ABB's Track Motion is designed modularized to replace the two variants standard and foundry. No particular protection needed, already taken care of in standard. All connection points are situated under the covers.
It is adapted for the large robot families IRB 4400, IRB 6600 and IRB 7600
The carriage is adapted depending on the foot print of the robot foot print. There is one type of cables for the IRB 4400-family and one for the rest of the robots. Other than that all components are the same for all robot models.
It is easy to adjust the track to a floor of uneven levels.
