AnalyzeIT 2241

Flow-Through, Multi-Electrode Conductivity Cells

The 2241 is a flow-through cell designed for installation in sample lines in paper & pulp manufacture, industrial effluent, water quality monitoring in tidal rivers, river & canal waters, brewing & dairy CIP plants and desalination plants. The associated conductivity instrument utilizes a 2241 multi-electrode measuring cell whereby the current and voltage characteristics of the electrolyte are measured separately. This enables the electrode surfaces to become coated without impairing operation of the measuring system. With its ability to provide consistently accurate monitoring and control, under conditions which would adversely affect a standard two-electrode conductivity system, the multi-electrode system can be used in areas which would be otherwise maintenance-intensive.
  • Annular carbon for widest application coverage from process waters to caustic and acidic detergents
  • Enables measurements up to 400mS/cm
  • Guaranteed 1.0 cell constants - no need to calibrate
  • Direct contact temperature sensor provides essential rapid response in CIP processes
  • Flow-through sensor with ½ inch BSP or NPT threads
  • Maximum temperature 100°C (212°F)
  • Maximum pressure 6.6 bar (100 psi)
  • Integral 4.6m (15 ft) cable
