SattLine Batch and Recipe
Control of batch processes demands more of the automation system than straight forward control and supervision. An important issue in batch processes is the data handling. The control task of the process objects is important, but batch control also requires handling of information.
The batch handling library in the SattLine DCS system is designed according to the international standard ISA S88.01-1995. The library is developed following the quality standard; it is documented and used in validated production plants. Batch handling handles all types of batch processes, from single line to multi-purpose plants.
