Our Cleveland training center is located in the eastern suburb of Wickliffe, Ohio, specializing in Infi90 DCS systems, Harmony DCS Systems, Operate IT Consoles, Mod System Software, and Process Control courses.
Parking: There are parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis in the parking areas. Any unmarked space is available for student parking. Please do not park in Visitors' Parking Lot directly in front of the Main Building or in spaces marked "Handicapped" or "Reserved"
Identification: Personnel must wear the company badge. Clients must wear the student badge issued to them by your instructor the first day of class. Please return the badges to your instructor on the last day of your class.
Class Hours: Normal class hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with one hour for lunch and breaks at appropriate times.
Phone Messages: Please have callers call toll free 1-800 HELP 365 (1-800-435-7365) or direct at (440)585-7804. A Customer Service Administrator will take a message and forward the information to the client.
Faxes: You may send or receive fax transmissions through our fax machine located in our Customer Service Center. Our fax number is 1-440-585-5165. If you are expecting a fax, notify your instructor.
Student Phones: Telephones for internal ABB extensions and local calls only are located in the break room. Internal Calls - Dial the 4 digit extension number. Local calls - Dial 9 then the 7 digit number. You may either call collect or use your credit card when dialing long distance.
Cafeteria: Lunch is served in our cafeteria from 11:30 AM until 1:00 PM. You will find sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers, soup, salad, and at least one hot entree. From 7:00 AM until 9:00 AM they serve eggs, donuts, bagels, muffins, and fresh fruit. The Cafeteria vending machines are always open.
ATM Machine: There is an ATM machine located in the cafeteria.
Rental Cars: US employees can obtain a rental car through our primary suppliers Hertz or Avis. US ABB discount number for Hertz is 03483O, for Avis A501383. International employees should check their main office to obtain information on car rental (i.e. account numbers, primary suppliers, etc.).
Shipping Your Course Materials: You can transport your training materials to your home or office. You will need to provide a shipping number, or you cost center number to cover the freight charges.
Smoking: Classrooms, hallways, and labs are non-smoking areas. Smoking is only permitted outside the building.

Visitors are often surprised by the quality and depth of culture and entertainment the city offers. The cultural center of Cleveland is University Circle. There the world renowned Cleveland Orchestra performs at Severance Hall, across the street from the internationally acclaimed Cleveland Museum of Art. Other museums in the University Circle area include the Western Reserve Historical Society, the Crawford Auto-Aviation Museum, the Cleveland Children's Museum, and the Cleveland Museum of Natural History.
