Our Atlanta training center is located in the north-eastern suburb of Duluth, Georgia, specializing in ABB Harmony, Industrial IT, Symphony and Process Control classes.
Parking: There are parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis in the parking areas. Any unmarked space is available for student parking.
Identification: Personnel must wear the company badge. Clients must wear the student badge issued to them by your instructor the first day of class.. Please return the badges to your instructor on the last day of your class.
Class Hours: Normal class hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with one hour for lunch and breaks at appropriate times.
Phone Messages: Please have callers leave a message at +1-678-258-6100. Your message will be posted on the message board or passed to you by the instructor.
Faxes: You may send or receive fax transmissions through our fax machine located in our office. Our fax number is +1-678-258-6110. If you are expecting a fax, please notify your instructor.
Student Phones: Telephones for internal ABB extensions and local calls are located in the customer area. For Internal Calls - Dial the 4 digit extension number. Local calls - Dial 9 then the 7 digit number. You may either call collect or use your credit card when dialing long distance.
Rental Cars: US employees can obtain a rental car through our primary suppliers Hertz or Avis. US ABB discount number for Hertz is 03483O, for Avis A501383. International employees should check their main office to obtain information on car rental (i.e. account numbers, primary suppliers, etc.).
Shipping Your Course Materials: You can transport your training materials to your home or office or we can provide this service for a fee.
Smoking: Classrooms, hallways, and labs are non-smoking areas. There is a designated smoking area behind the customer breakroom.
