Our New Berlin facility and training center is located in a western suburb of Milwakee, WI, specializing in ABB AC & DC Drive System and Medium Voltage AC Drive products.
Parking: There are parking spaces available for visitors at the front and sides of the building.
Identification: Clients must wear the student badge issued to them by the front desk clerk on the first day of class. Please return the badges to the desk clerk on the last day of your class.
Class Hours: Normal class hours are: Monday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Tuesday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Phone Use & Messages: Student courtesy phones are available in the Student Lounge and accessible to most Long Distance carriers. Please have your messages routed through the instructor. (You will receive the phone number on the first day.) Messages will be posted on the message board found in the Student Lounge, or passed to you by the instructor.
Faxes: You may send or receive fax transmissions through the fax machine located in our training office. Our fax number is +1-262-780-5150. If you are expecting a fax, please notify your instructor.
Food and Beverages: Beverages and snacks are provided (coffee, tea, sodas, chips, popcorn, granola bars and hot chocolate). Since training equipment systems are present in the training room, food and beverages are restricted to the student desk area or the Student Lounge.
Shipping Your Course Materials: We will ship your course materials collect for you. The course instructor will have you fill out a shipping form if you want your course manuals shipped.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is only allowed in the exterior courtyard area or designated smoking room. This is a smoke free building.
