- Coaching services are an effective post-training and refresher strategy for maintaining skill level and competencies. These are provided on-the-job at your plant site or over the Internet. A skilled ABB training professional will work with your personnel through daily routines to solidify and reinforce required skills.
- Training assessment process identifies which training program would best satisfy your training needs. We offer a comprehensive, plant-wide skills evaluation and training delivery programs to fill knowledge gaps and improve skills of plant personnel.
- Competence Development Practice (CDP) for customers looking for specialized people development. CDP identifies the required skills in your workforce and existing gaps, then recommends the appropriate training programs to remove the gaps, monitors skill retention, and recommends follow-up training to sustain required workforce skills.
