Parking: There are parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis in the visitor parking area directly in front of the main entrance. Any unmarked space is available for student parking.
Identification: Visitors to our facility must check in and out with the receptionist each day and wear a visitor badge issued upon entrance. Please return the badge to the receptionist each day as you sign out.
Class Hours: Normal class hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with one hour for lunch and breaks at appropriate times.
Smoking: This is a non-smoking facility. There are designated smoking areas outside at the rear of the facility. As a pass key is required to be re-admitted to the building, please notify the Receptionist. The instructor will give you directions to this area. No smoking is allowed near the front entrance.
Break Room: Limited breakfast and lunch items are available in the snack machines located just to the north of the Break Room. Coffee or Hot Tea is available at the Coffee Bar located just south of the Break Room. There is no meal service at our facility although there are several places to eat within a couple of miles.
Phone Messages: Please have callers call +1-918-338-4888. Your message will be passed to you by the instructor.
Faxes: You may send or receive fax transmissions through our fax machine located at the reception desk. Our fax number is +1-918-338-4699. If you are expecting a fax, notify your instructor.
Rental Cars: We do not have shuttle service available, students will need to provide their own transportation to and from meals and accommodations.
