ABB CODE OF CONDUCT
A MESSAGE FROM OUR EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
As a global technology company, we help industries run at high performance, and become more productive, efficient, and sustainable so they can outperform.
To be successful, we believe in a culture of high performance and high integrity, built on our values of courage, care, curiosity, and collaboration. That means we don’t just aim to do great work, we also make sure we do it the right way. Every decision and action we take should reflect our values and our commitment to integrity, accountability, and transparency.
Our Code of Conduct sets the standards we expect from everyone working for or with ABB. It helps us make the right decisions. It supports a workplace where everyone feels respected, safe, and included, whether they are employees, contractors, customers, partners, or members of the communities where we operate. And it empowers us to speak up when we reasonably believe there are actual or potential violations of our Code, ABB policies, or the law, so we can protect each other and ABB.
By living up to our Code and values every day, we help make ABB and our customers successful and contribute to our purpose of enabling a more sustainable, resource-efficient future.
