S800 remote I/O for Freelance
A comprehensive, distributed and modular process I/O system that communicates with Freelance controllers via PROFIBUS.
Overview
S800 I/O features include:
- Installation in the field, close to sensors and actuators, thus reducing cost of cabling
- Modules can be exchanged and reconfigured during operation
- For harsh environments, the I/O modules are compliant to G3 severity level
