MOBILE ANALYZERS

Portable measurement when and where you need it

ABB mobile gas analyzers deliver certified, accurate gas and particulate measurement exactly where you need it: directly at the source.

Whether you are performing combustion checks, verifying emissions, optimizing processes, or conducting stack testing, our mobile solutions are built for the job. They are the trusted choice for testing companies responsible for validating stationary measurement devices through QAL2 and AST procedures in accordance with EN 14181, as well as for temporary monitoring across a wide range of industrial sites.

Our iFiD analyzer goes one step further. It carries a QAL1 certification to EN 15267-4, making it fully qualified for use in QAL2 and AST verification, combining portability with the highest level of regulatory compliance.

From spot checks to full compliance audits, our mobile analyzers give you the flexibility, precision, and certification you need wherever the measurement takes you.

WHAT ARE MOBILE GAS ANALYZERS?

Mobile gas analyzers are portable instruments that measure the concentration of gases and particles (such as dust and soot) in industrial exhaust streams and process gases. Unlike fixed continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS), mobile analyzers are designed for use at changing measurement locations, temporary campaigns, or sites where permanent installation is not feasible.
