Flexible flat copper braid bonds in the FBB series and flexible circular copper braid bonds in the CBB series are available in bare copper and tinned copper with cross-sectional areas from 6 mm² to 150 mm² in 200 mm and 400 mm standard lengths, manufactured to BS EN 13602 with pressed ferrule terminal connections that ensure maximum electrical contact and minimum earth resistance. The range also covers more specialist bonding requirements: eyebolts in 5/8 inch and 3/4 inch nominal sizes screw directly onto copperbond earth rod heads to provide an earth connection point for boats and trucks; the RX005 static earth receptacle is designed to be set into roadways or runways to provide a static discharge point for aircraft and fuel tankers; and the CS350 and CS355 metalwork bonds provide a 8 mm diameter copper or aluminium conductor bonding solution for structural steelwork and metalwork. For bonding pipes and large diameter ductwork, the zinc plated U-bolt pipe clamp range accommodates pipe diameters from 13 mm to 300 mm for conductor cross-sections from 25 mm² to 95 mm², and is listed to UL 467. For applications requiring static earthing of movable equipment in general and hazardous area environments, the SK010 and SK020 medium and heavy duty stainless steel earthing clamps and the SK030 and SK040 clamp and reel versions are certified to Ex II 1 GD T6 with FM Approval on the heavy duty SK020 and SK040, providing certified bonding for buckets, small drums, containers, 205 litre drums, IBCs, production vessels and road tankers.
