ABB's Furse surge protection accessories are purpose-designed to complement the full Furse ESP SPD range, ensuring that every installation is correctly housed, earthed, monitored and maintained. The accessories range spans weatherproof enclosures from IP56 to IP67 for data signal and mains power SPDs in outdoor and harsh environments, metallic enclosures for indoor DIN rail applications, combined mounting and earthing kits that simultaneously mount and earth groups of up to 32 data and signal SPDs via a heavy-duty copper earth bar, and the ESP RDU remote display unit, which connects to the volt-free contact of any Furse power SPD to provide safe and convenient status indication from outside the distribution panel. Pluggable replacement protection modules are available for the full ESP product range, enabling end-of-life module swap without replacing the base unit and reducing both downtime and waste.
