ABB's Furse SELECT mains power surge protection range takes the complexity out of specifying the right SPD for BS 7671 IET Wiring Regulation compliance. Designed for buildings with or without a structural lightning protection system, the range covers Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3 applications across single and three phase supplies on TN and TT earthing systems. Products include the combined Type 1+2 ESP T1SG series for use at the main distribution board, the compact Type 2 ESP CDT2 series for sub-distribution panels and consumer units, and the Type 3 ESP 240T3 socket-outlet SPD for direct equipment protection.
