TYPE 316 STAINLESS STEEL CABLE GLANDS BUILT TOUGH FOR CORROSIVE ENVIRONMENTS
ABB T&B Fittings® SCG Series cable glands feature type 316 stainless steel construction and chloroprene seals. When used with a suitable gasket and locknut, they provide reliable ingress protection that meets IP66, IP68 (5 bar 30 mins) and NEMA 4 ratings. They can take the heat, too, with normal working temperatures of -20 to +100°C (-4 to +212°F) and short-term working temperatures of -30 to +150°C (-22 to +302°F).
