ABB's Harnessflex specialist conduit systems have delivered superior wiring protection for heavy automotives and industrial applications since 1984. The comprehensive family includes slit and unslit conduit in multiple materials and weights, hinged fittings, sealed fittings and connector interfaces that work together as a complete integrated system. Designed for use on HGVs, off-road vehicles, construction machines, agricultural vehicles, electric vehicles and more, Harnessflex products are developed in close collaboration with OEMs and harness makers to deliver bespoke solutions suited to the most demanding applications, temperatures and environments.

<p>ABB's Harnessflex specialist conduit systems are designed and manufactured at the Coleshill, UK facility, where an in-house testing program validates every product to the highest international standards before it reaches the vehicle. Drawing on over 40 years of wiring protection expertise, the range features a unique vibration friendly profile (VFP) as standard and carries a 5-year warranty when installed as a complete integrated system.</p>

Durable

<p>Conduit systems are engineered for extended service life in dynamic and vibrating applications and include a 5-year standard warranty on all fully integrated Harnessflex systems.</p>

Temperature-resistant

<p>Conduit, fitting and connector backshell options cover temperature ranges from -60°C to +200°C, including the X-Temp range for extreme high-temperature harness routing environments.</p>

Protective

<p>Complete system solutions guard wiring and connectors against mechanical abrasion, liquid ingress, corrosive salts, excessive cable strain and the impact of foreign bodies.</p>

Flexible

<p>A unique vibration friendly profile (VFP) as standard enables conduit to flex and move with the harness, reducing fatigue and helping to minimize the risk of electrical failure.</p>

Corrosion-resistant

<p>Conduit and fitting materials including polyamide and co-polyester provide strong resistance to hydrocarbons, greases, fuels, oils and corrosive salts.</p>

Variety

<p>Extensive range of conduit types, sizes, hinged fittings, sealed fittings and connector interfaces available in slit and unslit variants to suit diverse harness applications and environments.</p>

UV-resistant

<p>UV and heat stabilization as standard across the range retains mechanical properties in outdoor and high-exposure harness routing applications.</p>
