BUILT TO PROTECT THE CONNECTION THAT POWERS HEAVY-DUTY EVS
ABB's Harnessflex EVO Connector Interfaces provide a compact, high-integrity backshell solution for high voltage connectors in heavy-duty electric vehicles. Constructed from polyamide (nylon) PA46 and finished in electric vehicle orange (RAL2008), these interfaces are compatible with Amphenol Powerlok and TE HVA280-3 connector series and are rated safe for use at 1000V AC and 1500V DC. Engineered to guard against abrasion, excessive cable strain, vibration, liquid ingress and debris intrusion, they protect the vital cable-to-connector link across applications ranging from power distribution units and DC drive motors to high voltage battery packs and hybrid systems. Designed and tested at ABB's Coleshill, UK facility, Harnessflex EVO Connector Interfaces are available globally and draw on more than four decades of Harnessflex conduit system engineering expertise.
