WavePro-R is up to 5000A rated current and IP68 protection level. Insulation material is halogen free, non-toxic and non-flammable. Phase and earthing arrangement: L1, L2, L3, with N, PE & N and PEN. Neutrals are 100%, PE is available are 50%. PEN is rated at 100%. The PE/PEN bar material is the same as the phase bar.WavePro-R busway features excellent performance. It is especially suitable for subway, shipyards, chemical industry, and other demanding applications with high requirements on waterproofing and corrosion resistance.

WavePro-R uses a cast resin encapsulation technology in which conductors are embedded in an epoxy resin mixture cured under controlled temperature and pressure. This process results in a compact, void-free structure with low internal stress and a smooth outer surface. The insulation system is halogen-free, non-toxic, and classified as Class B (130°C), providing stable thermal and dielectric performance under continuous load conditions
The system achieves a protection degree of up to IP68, meaning it is fully protected against dust ingress and can withstand immersion in water for a defined period. The epoxy resin enclosure forms a watertight barrier around the conductors, while the material properties provide high resistance to corrosion and chemical exposure. These characteristics make it suitable for environments with high humidity, water exposure, or aggressive atmospheres.
WavePro-R operates at a rated voltage of 690 V, with insulation voltage up to 1000 V and impulse withstand voltage of 8 kV. The system supports rated currents ranging from 400 A to 5000 A, with short-time withstand currents between 30 kA and 100 kA and peak withstand currents up to 220 kA. It operates at a rated frequency of 50 Hz and is designed in accordance with IEC 61439-1 and IEC 61439-6 standards.
WavePro-R supports multiple phase configurations, including 3L+N+PE, 3L+PEN, and variants with 100% neutral and 50% PE conductors. The conductor material is copper, with optional surface treatments such as silver plating. The protective earth (PE/PEN) conductor is implemented using the same material as the phase conductors, ensuring consistent electrical and thermal characteristics across the system.
