ABB’s cable distribution cabinet portfolio is designed for outdoor use and verified to withstand external mechanical impacts in accordance with IEC 61439, including suitability for Arctic climates. The cabinets are fully assembled with busbars and busbar supports and are delivered factory-complete for direct installation. The portfolio comprises two IP-protected cable distribution system ranges: the Kabeldon range, which integrates fusegear, connectors, and IP-busbars with an 85 mm phase distance, and the ABB range, which features InLine II fuse switch disconnectors, the Z-busbar system based on the 185 mm DIN standard, and Nordicab cabinets.
