Liquid-cooled multidrive inverter units deliver exceptional performance and reliability for demanding industrial applications. Built on a common DC bus architecture, they enable efficient energy sharing between drives, reducing power consumption and optimizing system performance. Safe Torque Off (STO) is included as standard, ensuring secure motor shutdown without mechanical brakes.

 

These modules feature a compact, modular design for easy scalability and maintenance. Available in frame sizes from R1i to 8*R8i, they cover a wide power range from 1.1 kW up to 6000 kW. Advanced liquid cooling technology ensures superior thermal management, enabling high power density, reduced heat stress, and smaller cabinet designs for space-constrained environments.

Liquid cooling

Provides quiet operation ideal for space-constrained and harsh environments. The 100% liquid cooled drive is much more tolerant to airborne dust and chemical particles than air cooled drives.

Achieves up to 6000 kW with efficient heat dissipation, allowing greater power in a smaller footprint​. Footprint is 30% smaller compared to an air-cooled drive of similar power.

Marine type approvals and marine construction available as options.

Direct Torque Control (DTC)

High dynamic speed, torque and position control as well as synchronizing. Speed and torque control operates even without encoders.

Superior thermal management

Ensures reliable performance in high-temperature, harsh industrial environments. 100% liquid cooling provides efficient means to move heat losses outside of electrical room, reducing needed HVAC capacity.

Compact design

The liquid-cooled system allows for 30% smaller footprint compared to air-cooled drive, making it ideal for space-constrained installations.
