TECHNICAL DATA
There are two different diode supply unit types, an uncontrolled diode supply unit (D6D to D8D) and a half-controlled diode supply unit (D7T to D8T). The uncontrolled diode bridge is typically used in low power drive systems and it is a simple and robust supply for common DC bus configurations where the inverter units have internal charging. The half-controlled diode bridge is typically used in high power drive system and has built-in thyristor to charge the inverters connected to the common DC bus.
