Overview

Accurate web tension measurement is a prerequisite for keeping the web tension constant within the desired range, during both acceleration and deceleration. This allows for optimal web quality, increasing process uptime and preventing web breaks. The tension control system is proven to be exceptionally robust and resilient to high forces as well as harsh environments. The load cells are calibration free, can withstand overloads up to 10 times the nominal force, and have an impressive life length.
