ABB's Track Motion is designed modularized to be able support different market needs
It is adapted for the large robot families IRB 4X00, IRB 66XX, IRB 6700 and IRB 7600.
The track motion has a unique performance. This is possible thanks to a build in motion planning that considers all dynamic forces when planning combined path for the robot and track motion.
This gives best in class for: Cycle time, top speed and path accuracy.

IRB 4400
Payload: 60 kg Reach: 1.95 m
IRB 4400 is an extremely fast, compact robot for medium to heavy handling. It has exceptional all-round capabilities which makes it suitable for a variety of manufacturing applications. The load capacity of 60 kg at very high speeds usually permits handling of two parts at a time.
IRB 4600
Payload: 20 - 60 kg Reach: 2.05, 2.51, 2.55 m
IRB 4600 is a highly productive general purpose robot optimized for short cycle times where compact robots can help create high density cells.
IRB 6650S
Payload: 125-200 kg Reach: 3.0m, 3.5 m
The IRB 6650S is the shelf robot form of the Power Robot family which offers a unique working envelope. It is capable of a full vertical and horizontal stroke motion, as well as an increased forward and downward reach.
IRB 6660
Payload: 190-270 kg. Reach: 2.70-3.10 m.
The IRB 6660 is an extremely reliable robot designed for high performance applications. The stiff design supports accuracy and short cycle times, which in the end increases productivity.
