The Digital Painting Suite is a software platform for collecting and analyzing data from a paint system. The objective is to enable the user to analyze the performance and status of the paint system, and also enable preventive maintenance.
The predictive maintenance is achieved by continuously collecting data from process equipment through IPS. Threshold values for operating hours, number of operations etc. can be used to determine the state and wear of the component. Equipment integrity check will help to improve the quality by verifying the required parts on the atomizer before starting production.
